Interior Minister visits military unit in Baku

Interior Minister, colonel-general Ramil Usubov visited a military unit of Azerbaijani Internal Troops in Baku, the Interior Ministry press service said on Thursday.

The minister conveyed the greetings of President, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev to the personnel and got acquainted with service and living conditions of soldiers and officers, as well as the military training of the unit.

Usubov inspected the new helicopter pad, the ongoing construction work in the hangar, and gave instructions and recommendations expressing satisfaction with the progress of the work.

Usubov and the Deputy Interior Minister, Commander of Interior Troops Zakir Hasanov, had holiday dinner together with the staff and parents of the soldiers.
