Baku State Central Traffic Police Department spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Vagif Asadov said that one of the central roads in Baku will be closed from tomorrow for indefinite period of time.
The J. Mammadguluzadah Street, from the intersection with the J. Salimov till the intersection with A. Maharramov Street (the bridge next to the military hospital at Papanin), will be closed in connection with the construction of a new metro station in the Nasimi district.
Preparations are under way to block the traffic movement on the road. The Traffic Police advises drivers to use alternative routes.
