Wedding restaurants will be standardized

 The State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents of Azerbaijan intends to tighten the requirements for wedding houses. Committee’s spokesman Fazil Talibli says that given the situation in the wedding houses and importance of the problem, the committee has developed a new standard for wedding houses.

"At present, the new standard is undergoing the process of coordination and its approval is expected in the shortest possible time," Talibli said.

He added that the new standard will cover all areas of wedding houses, including the requirements for recipe of dishes, hired cooks, the number of seats in a saloon, the acoustics, the sound quality, as well as to the design, interior and exterior of wedding houses.
