New theatre opened in Sheki – PHOTOS

A new open-air theater was constructed in the Sheki city of Azerbaijan. The City Executive Power reported that Summer Theater for 600 seats was built in the style of oriental architecture.

The construction of the facility was launched in 2012, near the Fortress walls in the Yuxaribash State Historical-Architectural Reserve  .  The metal structures and other equipment of the theatre were manufactured in Turkey. The theater was commissioned in the fall of 2012.
