List of religious monuments destroyed in Azerbaijan’s occupied territories prepared

The list of the religious monuments captured and destroyed in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan has been prepared, Elshad Iskandarov, Chairman of State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations told journalists.

 According to him, the list has been presented at the conference entitled "European Multiculturalism Prospects: Azerbaijani Model of Interfaith Dialogue and Religious Tolerance" in London for the first time. The list includes 67 religious monuments, including the Albanian Christian Church captured by Armenians, as well as Islamic monuments in the occupied territories.

Iskandarov noted that the public has taken a great interest in the list: “We will inform the world community about the above-mentioned monuments.”
