Weather predicted to be changeable cloudy

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry reported that changeable cloudy and intermittently gloomy weather forecasted in Baku and Absheron Peninsula. Soft north-western wind will be substituted for south-eastern wind. The temperature will be +12-15 C at night, +16-20 C in the afternoon.

On November 9, mostly northern and eastern regions are predicted to hava a rainy day. Western wind will waft. The temperature will be +10-15?C at night, +20-25 C in the afternoon, +3-8 C in mountains at night, and +13-18 C in the afternoon.

On November 9, dominance of oxygen-rich weather after Khazri along with a normal daily course of meteorological determinants is deemed suitable for meteorologically sensitive people. Gilavar wind occasionally intensifying against the backdrop of considerable atmospheric pressure descent can cause discomfort in some meteorologically sensitive people.
