Work underway to improve transport system in Baku – VIDEO

Roughly 60 underground and surface pedestrian crossings were constructed in Baku in recent years, and many were reconstructed.

Spokesman to the OJSC Azeryolservis of the Azerbaijani Transport Ministry Punhan Mursaliyev said a number of pedestrian crossings are under construction today, namely in front of the 8th kilometer bazaar, on the Babek Avenue, near the Ganjlik metro station and  near the Shefa stadium on the Heydar Aliyev Avenue.

All these works are carried out in accordance with the plan on additional measures to improve he transport system of Baku , approved by the head of the state.
