Azerbaijan sends humanitarian aid to Derbent

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan has sent humanitarian aid to the victims of floods in Derbent, Dagestan, according to the instructions of the Head of the Azerbaijani State Ilham Aliyev.

Today 18-trucks aid convoy left for Derbent around 07:40 pm from Baku. The aid convoy, to arrive in Derbent tomorrow, is accompanied by 25 employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, commander of civil defense forces, Major-General Ilham Abdullayev said.
