Civil Service Strategy to be drafted in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan will develop strategy for Civil Service, Bahram Khalilov, the Chairman of the Civil Service Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan told journalists, APA reports.

He said the Commission is working on the issue of Strategy and Code of Civil Service. The strategy will reflect the development of the civil service in the country: “A lot of works have been realized up to now, but we have a lot of works left on. Other issues such as methods of management, e-government, development of state bodies and raising the level of civil servants’ professional skills and potential are also considered in the strategy”.
