Leading TV channels open representative office in Azerbaijan

Nur Dunyasi company has signed a contract with TV channels National Geographic Channel and Fox International Channels.

Company’s spokesman Parvi Sadigov says that the contract envisages provision for Nur Dunyasi with rights to broadcast programs of these channels.

"We are currently negotiating with local companies wishing to conclude a contract with us to broadcast TV programs of these companies," he emphasized.

According to Sadigov, before the end of 2012 or in early 2013, the companies plan opening of their own representative offices in Azerbaijan.

TV channel National Geographic presents its viewers with non-fiction, documentary and historical films shot by National Geographic U.S. In turn, FOX International Channels is a manufacturer of entertainment, sports TV content, feature, documentary films, dubbed in 35 languages of Europe, Africa, Latin America and Asia.
