Results of monitoring on landslide risk announced

Monitoring conducted in the highways under the risk of landslide has finished in Azerbaijan.

The Head of the National Geological Exploration Service under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources Bakhtiyar Garalov said. According to him, no serious changes were observed in Lankaran-Lerik, Guba-Khanlig, Baku-Shamakhi-Aghsu and Mughanli-Ismayilli highways during the monitoring. The situation in the above mentioned areas has been taken under control now and there is no danger of landslide”.

Bakhtiyar Garalov said that the same situation is observed in Baku and in the other regions of Azerbaijan.
