According to the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, average monthly temperature for September is predicted to be close to the climate norm.

Rainfalls are expected to be irregular in the territory of the Republic. Monthly precipitation is expected to be close to the climate norm in most regions.

In Baku and Absheron peninsula, average monthly temperature is predicted to be +21-23 ?C which is close to the climate norm. The temperature will be +15 - 20?C at nights, +24 – 29 ?C in the afternoons, while +33 ?C in several days.

Monthly precipitation is expected to be close to the climate norm (norm – 7-23 mm).

In Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, average monthly temperature is forecast to be +21- 23 ?C which is close to the climate norm. The temperature will be +14 - 19?C at nights, +10-14 ?C toward the end of the month, +23 - 28?C in the afternoons, while +30 - 34?C in several days.

Monthly rainfall is expected to be close to the climate norm (norm – 7-13 mm).

In Nagorno-Karabakh: Khankandi, Shusha, Khojali, Khojavand, Gubadli, Zangilan, Lachin, Kalbajar, Dashkasan, Gadabay regions, average monthly temperature is predicted to be +14 - 16 ?C which is within the climate norm. The temperature will be +9 -14 ?C at nights, +15 -20?C in the afternoons, while +23 -26?C in several days.

Monthly precipitation is expected to be nigh to the climate norm (norm - 34-50 mm).

In Gazakh, Ganja, Terter, Agdam, Agjabadi, Fuzuli, Jabrayil, Goranboy regions, average monthly temperature is forecasted to be +20 -22 ?C which is close to the climate norm. The temperature is expected to be +14 -19?C at nights, +22 - 27 ?C in the afternoons, while +29 - 33?C in several days.

Monthly rainfall is expected to be close to the climate norm (norm – 17-44 mm).

In Balakan, Zagatala, Gakh, Shaki, Oguz, Gabala, ?smayilli, Agsu, Shamakhi, Siyazan, Shabran, Khizi, Guba, Gusar, Khachmaz regions, average monthly temperature is predicted to be +17 - 20 ?C which is close to the climate norm. The temperature will be +10 -15?C at nights, +20 -25 ?C in the afternoons, while +27 -30 ?C in several days.

Monthly precipitation is expected to be nigh to the climate norm (norm - 33-120 mm), while partially more than norm in some areas.

In Central Lowlands: Agdash, Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Kurdamir, ?mishli, Beylagan, Sabirabad, Bilasuvar, Saatli, Shirvan, Hajigabul, Salyan, Neftchala regions, average monthly temperature is forecast to be +21-23 ?C which is within the climate norm. The temperature is expected to be +15-20?C at nights, +25-30 ?C in the afternoons, while +32-35?C in several days.
Monthly rainfall is expected to be close to the climate norm (norm – 14-38 mm), while partly more than norm in some places.


In Masalli, Lankaran, Astara, Lerik, Yardimli regions, average monthly temperature is predicted to be +20-22 ?C which is close to the climate norm. The temperature is expected to be +15-19?C at nights, +23-28?C in the afternoons, while +29-32?C in several days.

Monthly precipitation is expected to be close to the climate norm (norm – 50-199 mm), while partially more than norm in some areas.
