Argentine newspaper publishes article about Baku

Argentina-based El Dia newspaper has published an article entitled “Baku, the pearl of Caspian Sea”. The article features tourism potential of Baku, the city`s sights and historical monuments, as well as social and cultural life.

The author also writes about the history of Baku and says the city`s development is closely connected with oil industry. The article also features information about Icerisheher (Inner city), Maiden Tower, Fountains Square and Fire Mountain, as well as carbohydrogen resources of the Caspian Sea, Baku`s fauna and flora, sandy beaches of the Absheron peninsula.
