House blasts in Baku leaving 3 dead

An explosion followed by fire took place in a house with an area of 30 square meters in Surakhani district of Baku, which was owned by a family of internally displaced persons (IDPs), the Emergency Situations Ministry reported.

As a result of the incident, 3 people died, 2 others were injured.
