Azerbaijan's population reach 9.3 million people

The Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee reports that as of 1 July the country population number reached 9, 294,400 people. For the first half of 2012, Azerbaijani population rose by 58, 364 people (86,405 people were born, 28,041 people died),

 As of July 1 , the number of Baku’s residents  hit 2, 137,200 people. The committee reported that 40,371 marriages and 5,343 divorces have been recorded since early 2012.
