New transport project to glad drivers – PHOTOS

A new modern bridge is under construction on the Tagiyev-Sahil highway in the Sahil village in the Garadag district of Baku.

A source in the country’s transport infrastructure department reported that  the old bridge was completely demolished in October 2011 and construction of the new one is carried out at the accelerated pace.

According to the project, the length of the 4-lane bridge will be 84 meters, width - 22 meters, the width of the sidewalk - 1.50 meters. The construction work is expected to be completed in September 2012.
