Two people drowned in Caspian Sea

Three  drowning cases occurred on the Baku beaches on July 17, two people died, Deputy Head Physician of Baku City Emergency and Urgent Medical Aid Station Zemfira Vahidova said.

She said that 23 year-old woman drowned on the Nardaran beach, but her relative, 9 year-old girl was rescued and placed to the Sabunchu Hospital #3. 23 year-old boy also drowned on the Mardakan beach.

Vahidova said that 12 drowning cases were recorded in Baku this summer, 7 of them was fatal. One of drowned is 13 year-old child.
