Prices in Baku's primary housing market decline

NGO "Participants of the Property Market" announced the results of the monitoring of Baku's primary housing market in May 2012. The monitoring results showed that 150 construction companies carried out construction of 420 buildings in Baku as of late May.

The average price of apartments in new buildings amounted to $ 820 per square meter in May. As in previous months, 3-room apartments are more preferable in new buildings in Baku.
