Azerbaijan starts fight against smoking

Health Ministry of Azerbaijan backs the bill on anti smoking fight considered by the Parliament.

Deputy Health Minister of Azerbaijan Elesever Agayev has informed that this bill is currently under discussion.

" Smoking is great public problem not only for Azerbaijan, but all the world. Spread of smoking among the children is twice dangerous for schoolchildren and being the . Health Ministry we approach this problem attentively. We think that smoking should be fought against not only among pupils but in society as well. Azerbaijan is already carrying out preparatory work for strengthening fight against smoking.  In future it is expected to consider the bill on limitation of places where smoking will be allowed ",- he noted.
