One of Baku’s central roads closed to traffic movement - PHOTOS

A part of the Sharifzade Street , particularly the road section from the Inshaatchilar metro station to the Talibli Street was closed in connection with the repair and construction work.

The contractor company’s representative reported that the reconstruction work is carried out in accordance with the Baku City Executive Power’s order. “ Now, the movement of vehicles was suspended on the right side of the road. As part of  the renovations, there were updated the old asphalt surface, curbs, as well as cover from the manholes. The construction and repair work is carried out at an accelerated pace," he said.

The source faced difficulty to name the exact date of completion of the  repair work.
