Quake jolts Azerbaijan's Lankaran region

An earthquake took place in Lankaran region of Azerbaijan.

An earthquake measuring 3 on the Richter scale hit Lankaran region in 24 km north-east of the country at 03:30 local time on June 11, Seismological Service of the Azerbaijani National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) told Trend.

Tremors were not felt.
