Azerbaijani scientist to join int'l conference

Director of Cybernetics Institute of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, academician Telman Aliyev will attend a scientific conference starting in Turkmenistan on Tuesday. He will also participate in an international exhibition in Turkmenistan.
