Tragic traffic accident kills four

A fatal traffic accident happened in Azerbaijan’s Masalli region. The traffic accident was recorded 158 km of Alat-Astara highway in the territory of Masalli’s Alvadi village at 22:30 last night.

“Kamaz” truck with state number “42 BX 855” collided with “Mercedes” car with state number “10 RL 190” driven by Aladdin Huseynov Alihuseyn, the resident of Masalli’s Alvadi village. As a result of the accident the driver and the passengers of Mercedes – the residents of Gumbashi village of Lankaran region Ismayilov Rovshan Arastun and the residents of Khil village of Masalli region Nagiyev Gahraman Mohubbat and Nagiyev Hamil Mohubbat died on site. The rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations took out the dead bodies from strained Mercedes with rescue instruments and special equipment and handed them over.

The accident happened because of the fault of Mercedes. The Investigation and Inquiry Department of the Main State Traffic Police of Internal Ministry launched the criminal case into the fact, investigation is underway.
