Construction works accelerated in quake-affected-Zagatala

The construction of new houses in a quake affected area has already begun, Azerbaijani Minister of Emergency Situations, Colonel-General Kemaleddin Heydarov reported.

He mentioned that new buildings of schools are being constructed now: “My visit to Zagatala aims to see the working process there. I am satisfied with my first impression. The amount of construction materials for schools, houses and administrative buildings are brought more enough then necessary and the process is continuing. The weather condition also helps to increase the speed of construction works”.

K. Heydarov mentioned that the construction of school buildings will be ended by the beginning of a new school year: “Mr. President gave the instruction to complete the construction of school buildings till the beginning of a new school year. We’ll manage this work and hand over the new schools in time. There are some villages where compact constructional work is carried out. The construction of houses in those villages will be finished very quickly. All houses in other villages and settlements will be accomplished and given to residents till approach of winter and cold weather. All the construction work being carried out here is controlled by the president and he is regularly informed about the building process.”
