Fines to be applied on throwing and keeping of domestic waste

Changes to the Codes of Administrative Offences have been discussed at the joint meeting of Azerbaijani Parliament’s Committee on Legal Policy and State Building and the Committee on Economical Policy, Chairman of Parliament’s Committee on Legal policy and State-building Ali Huseynli told APA.

According to changes, individuals will be fined AZN 20, public officers AZN 100 and legal entities AZN 500 for throwing of domestic wastes aside from urns and keeping in these places. Public officers will be fined AZN 500 and legal entities AZN 1000 not considering the distance, which was determined in the legislation, while placing of urn in the administrative centers of the cities and region (exception city’s district).

The changes have been discussed and recommended to the plenary meeting of the Azerbaijani Parliament.
