Azerbaijani interior bodies cope with all responsibilities during Eurovision-2012

Azerbaijani interior bodies have coped with all the responsibilities in connection with Eurovision-2012 song contest in Baku, Interior Ministry spokesman Sadiq Gezalov told Trend today.

All necessary measures have been taken with relevant state bodies to ensure public order and stability. As it was planned, all the security measures have been implemented in Baku Crystal Hall, where Eurovision song contest was held.

"The movement of vehicles has been regulated in the areas where the events within the song contest were held, especially near Baku Crystal Hall," Gezalov said.

Gezalov stressed that public order was well protected. The implementation of assigned tasks was fully ensured.

The 57th Eurovision Song Contest was held in the Baku Crystal Hall near State Flag Square.

Sweden won the contest tonight in Baku, gaining 372 points for the song "Euphoria".
Russia's Buranovskie Babushki with song "Party for Everybody" took the second place with 259 points. Serbia's Zeljko Joksimovic with song "Nije Ljubav Stvar" settled for third place with 214 points.
