Azeri schoolchildren’s project awarded Gold Medal of Int'l Olympiad

International Sustainable World (Engineering, Energy & Environment) Project Olympiad has been held in Houston, US on 2-7th of May with the participation of representatives from 68 countries.

A joint project on impact of nano particles on plants by Azerbaijan Turkish private Qafkaz gymnasium’s pupils Fidan Hasanzade and Ayten Mahamaliyeva has won the gold medal of the Olympiad among the 180 projects presented on the environment.

The project was implemented under the supervision of the Baku State University’s nanotechnology laboratory’s Professor Muhammedali Ramazanov and senior lecturer Ismat Ahmadov
