Azerbaijan to generalize judicial experience over mortgage law

The Azerbaijani Supreme Court will generalize court experience with regard to the problems arising in the issuance of mortgage loans.

Generalization, which will begin in June, will cover the activities of trial courts throughout the country in this area, the Supreme Court told Trend on Thursday.

Problems arising with regard to the use of the law On mortgage will be studied by the courts during the generalization.

Generalization will continue a month, the results will be discussed at the plenary session of the Supreme Court and the decision will be made.
