One of major highways is extended

The Gabala-Agdash Higway will be expanded from two to four lanes,  Azeryolservis spokesman Punhan Mursaliyev said. He said drainage works, as well as the work on improvement of the road infrastructure,  are underway on the highway.
 
"Under the project, the length of the reconstructed road will be 22 km. Project involves the construction of new bridges, pedestrian crossings, etc. More than forty percent of the work has already done," he noted. Construction work is planned to be completed by late 2012.
