Bodies of hunters went missing in avalanche in Azerbaijan found

Bodies of people, who went missing in avalanche in Gabala region of Azerbaijan, have been found in the morning today.

The  Emergency Situations Ministry reported that three residents of Vendam village of Gabala region - Karimov Elchin Muharif, born in 1992, Nadir Bayramov Tahir, born in 1990 and Bakhshaliyev Zakir Gazanfar, born in 1991 went hunting on the mountains on March 30 and did not return. Their relatives said they were struck by avalanche.

A helicopter of the aviation unit of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, rescuers of the Special Risk Rescue Service and trained dogs were immediately sent to the site. Their bodies were found at 09.30 on April 7, 2012 in region’s area named Gochgaya under avalanche at a depth of 3 meters and delivered to the corresponding organs.
