Reasons of fire incident in Khachmaz named

On April 2, 2012, starting from 5 pm, a fire accident occurred in the forest environs #2, #5 and #7 of Khachmaz forestry of Yalama Forest Protection and Rehabilitation Enterprise.

The fire was triggered by local citizens burned dried branches of fruit trees in private equity lands. Windy weather condition caused the fire percolate the forest environs #2, #5 and #7 of Khachmaz forestry of Yalama Forest Protection and Rehabilitation Enterprise, and dried limbs,
hays and bushes in 1 ha area of the forest foundation were burned afterwards. There was no serious damage inflicted on the forest foundation as a result of fire.

The fire was entirely extinguished by the local bodies of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and Ministry of Emergency Situations, employees of Khachmaz Region Executive Body and local citizens on April 3, at 2 am.

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources warns people once again to be cautious with fire, seriously keep fire safety rules, and protect forests and greeneries.
