Traffic movement will be restricted in Baku

The traffic movement is to be restricted in some streets and avenues of Baku due to the visit of Kyrgyzstan’s President Almazbek Atambayev to Azerbaijan, Baku State Central Traffic Police Department spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Vagif Asadov said.

To ensure security of the guests, the traffic movement will be periodically restricted in the direction of Airport highway, Heydar Aliyev, Azadlig, Inshaatchilar avenues, Mehdi Huseyn, Yusif Safarov, Uzeyir Hajibeyli, Zarifa Aliyeva streets, Neftchiler avenue, Azneft square, and in the direction of Alley of Honor and Martyrs’ Alley.

Asadov called on the drivers to use the above-mentioned roads less, prefer public transport. The drivers were are asked to use alternative roads.
