Azerbaijan, Germany mull coop in geology area

Scientists from Germany made a report on mud volcanoes of the Caspian Sea at Republican Scientific Seminar on earth sciences held in Geology Institute of National Science Academy of Azerbaijan.

The Geology Institute reports that employees of RWE Scientific research enterprise and IFM-GEOMAR company of Germany told of conducted researches and future plans in sea mud volcanoes area as well as researches conducted in connection with oil sphere.

German guests shared research results with use of modern methods with Azerbaijani colleagues. In the end, local and foreign experts discussed cooperation opportunities in this area between Germany and Azerbaijan.
