'Baku can be called Dubai at Caspian Sea shore'

Baku hosted presentation of preliminary researches within elaboration of Greater Baku Regional Development Plan. At the presentation consultant on Greater Baku Regional Development Plan Kaya Miller reported that Baku with its development can already be called Dubai at the Caspian Sea shore.

" 20.000 guests who will come in Baku in May for Eurovision contest 2012 can see and evaluate Baku and its architecture,"  K. Miller said.

In her words, Baku is really developing dynamically and it can be seen with naked eye.

" Azerbaijani government has conducted serious work on determination of the country’s further development strategy. The government also works on " Azerbaijan 2020" development program and this is important for us as compliance with national development strategy and Baku vision within Greater Baku Regional Development Plan is also essential to provide efficiency of this work , he said.
