Long awaited 'warmth' in Baku

The weather is predicted to be lesser rainy in some parts of Absheron peninsula and Baku at night and in the morning, mostly rainless.  Northern wind will blow, will be substituted with temperate southern wind in the second half of the day.  The temperature will be 0-(-2)  C at night, +4-8 C in the afternoon.

On Feb. 24, the weather is forecast to be mainly rainless, intermittently foggy in the regions. Southern wind will blow, will intensify off and on in several places. The temperature will be -3 C to +2 C at night, +6-11?C in the afternoon, -5-10 C in the mountains at night, and +1-6 C in the afternoon. The minimum temperature in the high mountainous areas will be -10-15 C.

According to the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resource on Feb. 24-25, weak and mild fluctuation of biometeorological determinants within the climate norm is considered suitable for most meteorologically sensitive people.
