Rainless winter day in Baku

According to the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources the weather is predicted to be mostly rainless tomorrow. Temperate southern wind will blow, will strengthen off and on in the afternoon. The temperature is expected to be -1 C to +2 C at night, +3-6 C in the afternoon.

On Feb.22, the weather is forecasted to be chiefly rainless in the regions. Mist is expected in some places at night and in the morning. Southern wind will blow, will intermittently intensify in the mountainous areas.

The temperature will be -2 C to +3 C at night, +6-11 C in the afternoon, -8-13 C in the mountains at night, and -1 C to +4 C in the afternoon. The minimum temperature in the high mountainous areas is predicted to be -12-17?C.
