City Building Committee approves 50 projects in 2011

The State City Building and Architecture Committee in Azerbaijan approved 50 projects in 2011, Deputy Chairman Dovlatkhan Dovletkxanov said on Monday.

"The committee received appeals regarding the issuance of a conclusion on architectural and planning decisions for 68 objects," he said. Fifty projects received approval and 18 projects were returned, he said.

The committee continues works on implementating electronic services. "For this purpose, the Communications and IT Ministry has provided information on the resources required for using new IT solutions in 2012-2013," Dovletkhanov added.
