Azerbaijan strengthens anti-corruption actions

A delegation of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA), initiated by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, Austrian government, the European Anti-fraud Office, as well as other interested parties, is on a visit to Azerbaijan.

Yesterday, the delegation headed by the IAKA board of trustees manager Martin Kreutner held a series of meetings with the Minister of Taxes Fazil Mammadov, the Prosecutor-General Zakir Garalov and the Minister of Justice Fikret Mammadov.

Today, the delegation participates in the conference on "Combating corruption in Azerbaijan: achievements and prospects" in Shamakhi, central Azerbaijan.
