Auto hooligans in Baku- VIDEO

The traffic accidents recorded in Baku show that many drivers exceed the speed limit, ignore the traffic light and traffic rules, Baku State Central Traffic Police Department spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Vagif Asadov said.

About 1,102 traffic accidents, which killed 334 people and wounded 1,108, were recorded in Baku in 2011.  Of them 575 (52 percent) occurred due to high speed and these accidents killed 207 people and injured 485.
