Low temperatures dominate in Baku

The air temperature reached -8 C this morning in Baku, the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry reported. Today, the weather is expected to deteriorate during the day. Snow and  north-west winds are expected.  The air temperature is forecasted at 0-3 C during the day.
