Hazardous situations is developing in Baku

Snow and black-ice covered most of the bridges, ascent and descents, as well as the Avenues of Babak, Heydar Aliyev, Azadlig, Inshaatchilar, Tbilisi and Narimanov, streets of R.Behbudov. Bakikhanov, Mirali Gashgay, Samad Vurgun, Jalil Mammedguluzade, Ziya Bunyadov , Mehdi Husein and Mikail Mushfig.  

Baku State Central Traffic Police Department spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Vagif Asadov said the worsened weather created unfavorable and dangerous traffic situation there.

He urged drivers not to use private cars on these days, especially those who have no experience driving in snowy weather. He recommended to use chains and winter tire casing.
