Over 60 people injured slipping in Baku

Baku city Emergency Aid Service Station received 1239 calls over last day due to bad weather and 204 patients were hospitalized, Head doctor of the station, Mursal Hamidov, said.

He noted that 132 people were got injured and 87 people of them were hospitalized. 66 people were injured as a result of sliding. 66 people of them were hospitalized:

'The rest of people were got injured as a result of home and traffic accident. 2 calls were received by the Emergency Aid station over last day due to traffic accident. 17 people got poisoning with carbon monoxide yesterday. 11 people among them were hospitalized and one died. An infant died of carbon-monoxide poisoning, is the resident of Rasulzade’s settlement. The infant’s parents were hospitalized'.

4 chilblain facts were recorded in Baku from 09.00 yesterday till 09.00 today due to the cold snap. According, 3 homeless persons were exposed to chilblain and hospitalized.

The service received an appeal in the morning today on chilblain in Mardakan settlement: '45-50-old man died at the street. The ambulance was called. The accident-assistant squad delivered the body of that person to the police'.
