Azerbaijani Facebook users increase

In January 2012, the number of Facebook users in Azerbaijan increased dramatically.
The country currently has over 700,000 users of this social network, according to the report of "Facebakers" for 25 January.

Thus, from 17 December to 25 January, the Azerbaijani users of Facebook increased by over 100,000. On 1 January 2012, this figure showed 600,040. Reportedly, the Azerbaijani Facebook users make up 8.46% of the country's population. Facebook users make up 19.4% of overall Internet users in Azerbaijan. Among the users, 64% are men and 36% are women.
