Baku to solemnly mark Youth Day

Azerbaijan celebrates Feb.2 as Youth Day. Baku will host events that will cover different areas of youth activities in this regard, Azerbaijani Youth and Sports Ministry’s Spokesman Samaya Mammadova said.

Today, the S. Bahlulzade exhibition salon will host grand exhibition of works by young artists and designers. A meeting with young inmates in penitentiaries is scheduled for Feb.1. There also will be organized concert for them.

The Azerbaijani youth will visit Heydar Aliyev's grave and the Alley of Martyrs on Feb.2. A number of concert programs, promotional youth competitions, where participants will be awarded, will also be organized.
