Cold weather hits Azerbaijan

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Azerbaijani Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry reported that cold, windy and rainy weather is expected in Baku and Absheron peninsula on Jan.20. Rain will be replaced by sleet in some places in the evening. Strong north-west wind will blow. The air temperature will be about 0 C during the day.

On Jan. 20, the weather will be rainy in the regions, sleet, snow are forecasted in some places. West wind will blow. The temperature will be 14-0 C at night and 0-5 in the daytime.
