‘Marriage Time’ in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan records more and more marriages. The number of marriages reached 88, 151 in 2011. The Azerbaijani Justice Ministry reports that the figure is higher compared to the one in 2010- 79,300.
 
The country registered 2,696 marriages between foreigners and citizens of Azerbaijan, which also exceeds the figure of 2010. The number of divorces hit 10 801 compared to 8, 900 in 2010. Only when registering 58 marriages, newlyweds undersigned marriage contract.
