Rainless weather forecasted in Baku

 The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Azerbaijani Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry reported that in Baku and Absheron peninsula the weather is predicted to be changeable cloudy, mostly  on Jan.17. Mist is expected in some places. North-western wind is expected to strengthen.  The temperature is forecast to be +2-5˚C at night, +6-9˚C in the afternoon, and close to +2˚C in the evening.

In the country’s regions, the weather is predicted to be mainly rainless. Fog and drizzle are expected in some places at night and in the morning. Intermittently strengthening western wind will blow. The temperature is forecast to be -1˚C to +4˚C at night, +8-13˚C in the afternoon, -1-5˚C in the mountains at night, and +5-10˚C in the afternoon. The minimum temperature in the high mountainous areas will be -10-15˚C.
