Telephone services monitored in Baku

"Baku Telephone Communication" PA is conducting monitoring of services rendered to the population by telephones hubs in order to raise level of culture of these services", said the report provided by the association. Interviews are held with citizens about services rendered to them, and results of  the polls are analyzed.

At the same time, various problems and shortcomings detected during continuous interviews are eliminated. The report says that results of the conducted monitoring are satisfactory.
