'Nebulous weather' expected in Baku

According to the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources the weather is predicted to be nebulous, drizzly in some places, changeable cloudy in the afternoon, mostly rainless in Baku and Absheron peninsula. On Jan.14, temperate south-western wind will blow, will strengthen off and on in the afternoon.  The temperature will be +2-4˚C at night, +7-11˚C in the afternoon.

The weather is forecast to be lesser rainy in some places, which will discontinue in the morning, mainly rainless in most regions during the daytime in the regions. Fog will be in several places. South-western wind will blow, will intermittently strengthen mostly in the mountainous areas in the afternoon.

The temperature is expected to be 0-5˚C at night, +7-12˚C in the afternoon, 0-(-5) ˚C in the mountains at night, and +6-11˚C in the afternoon. The minimum temperature in the high mountainous areas will be -10-15˚C.
