Azerbaijan works to improve water supply in regions

The volume of water supplied to Baku from the Kura River will be reduced "Azersu" opened JSC has launched a new project on improvement of water supply of Shirvan, Neftchala, Salyan, Bilesuvar, Saatli and Sabirabad, located along the Kura River. In accordance with the project, part of the water supplied to Absheron peninsula through Kura Water Cleaning Jets, which is located near Talish village of Hajikabul region, will be directed to the 6 cities. Part of the water will be supplied to 147 towns and villages situated near the future new line of the Kura water main.
